Deposit required is corresponding to the full stay prepayment.
A bnetwork service fee corresponding to 2% of the requested amount will be levied on any financial transaction. These fees are non refundable.
Reservations will only be confirmed upon receipt of the payment + 2% bnetwork service fee.
The final invoice will be delivered directly by the hotel upon departure.
If your payment is not received within the given schedule, your option will be automatically cancelled.
* Cancellation conditions:
-All cancellations can be made without charge until January 14th 2027 included (less 2% bnetwork service fee).
-From January 15th till February 11th 2027 included, a cancellation fee of 50% per reservation released will occur (less 2% bnetwork service fee).
-From February 12th 2027 onwards, we regret that all cancellations (including shortened stay) made after this date will not be subject to refund or any transfer of deposit.
* In the case of the event’s cancellation:
Should the Event be cancelled by the Organizer and/or the authorities, the Participant’s booking - along with the corresponding deposit - will be transferred to the next edition of the Event; the deposit will not be refunded by the Hotel.
However, the following exceptions apply:
If the cancellation occurs between 30 and 15 days (inclusive) prior to the event, the transfer of the deposit paid by the Participant to the next edition will be limited to 80%, and 20% of the deposit paid for the cancelled edition will be retained by the Hotel as compensation;
If the cancellation occurs 14 days or fewer (inclusive) prior to the event, 60% of the deposit paid for the cancelled edition will be transferred to the booking for the next edition, and 40% of the deposit paid for the cancelled edition will be retained by the Hotel as compensation.
* Global Conditions:
The final invoice will be provided by the hotel upon check-out and the pre-payment will be deducted from it. All payments sent to bnetwork must imperatively be received before February 11th 2027, in order to be transferred to the hotel on time. Names can be changed without restriction.
Cancellations shall be communicated to bnetwork in writing via e-mail.
bnetwork will not be able to provide you any invoice for your reservation.
* Changes:
You can amend your reservation(s) directly through the website clicking in the "My account" section of www.festivaldesjeux-cannes.bnetwork.com or via email: festivaldesjeux-cannes@bnetwork.com Changes are subject to availability.
